This talk presents mathematical models of tumor evolution in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and colorectal cancer, showing how genetic mutations and growth dynamics predict disease progression, treatment need, and cancer initiation, while highlighting the role of evolutionary selection in shaping tumor development.
