Issue 331: This week's cover showcases some of the exciting Mathonco representation at the AACR Annual Meeting 2025, which was held in Chicago two weeks ago. From the evolutionary game theory of VEGF, to mathematical models of circulating tumor DNA, or virtual gleason scores a wealth of fantastic new science was presented. This was rounded off by great Mathonco-infused sessions on tumor heterogeneity, the role of AI in cancer, and adaptive therapy, and several fun evenings. Also, check out the Mathonco articles that were highlighted by AACR as part of their cross-journal collection series, such as the brand-new review by Ranjini Bhattacharya on an evolutionary take on cancer's hallmarks, or Kit Gallagher's paper on DRL-informed adaptive therapy .
